(Cleveland, Ohio USA) The first annual Cleveland Mini Maker Faire will be held Saturday April 13 from 10 AM to 6 PM at the Cleveland Public Library?s Downtown Branch. One of the many makers presenting this year is Musicians Garden.? “Musicians Garden has a simple mission – music for all? says Jennifer Stenger, founder and music educator. ?Everyone can make music.?
The Mini Maker Faire has invited several small businesses, inventors, and makers of all kinds to share their ideas and products with the public, looking to raise community involvement with the Library and encourage local business growth.
Musicians Garden offers students of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to participate in private or group music lessons.? The multi-facet curriculum allows for students to sharpen Instrument playing techniques, participate in composition and original music instruction and gain experience with recording technology.? ?The concept that everyone is musical and everyone can enjoy and participate in music is the foundation of the organization.? Even though we are starting out small, like every movement does, we hope to encourage Musicianship and Music appreciation throughout the world.”
New this spring: Musicians Garden will be launching the Instrument Rescue program. MG will be rescuing and accepting donated instruments to be repaired and re-sold at affordable prices to local and traveling musicians.? Instruments of any kind are welcome and appreciated.
